Is ordering online safe?
When you place an order with New Naturals, all information is encrypted using the latest encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions. Your credit card data is never stored in our files. It goes directly to our credit card processor, and we can see only the last four digits. This is the same technology as when you use a credit or debit card at a retail store, with the same level of security.
Can I place an order by phone?
Certainly. We can not process payment via Paypal, but if you have a credit or debit card, we're happy to help you place your order over the phone. If you do not have a New Naturals account, we will set that up for you with a default password, which you can (and should) change when you log in the first time.
Do you ship internationally?
The Turmeric Life Dog Bites can be shipped only to addresses in the US and US territories. All other products can be shipped to most international locations. If your country isn't listed when you set up an account, please contact us at

Does New Naturals charge sales tax?
At this time, we charge sales tax only in Virginia. At such time as we are required to charge sales tax in any other state, it will automatically be included.
How do I know you received my order?
A confirmation email is sent immediately upon completion of your order. If you do not receive one at the email address on your account, please check your spam or junk folder to make sure it is not in there. All orders are also listed under ‘My Account’ when you log into your account. Note: We ask that you please not use a 'throwaway' email address when you place an order with us. Your email address is the primary way we have to communicate with you if we have a question about your order. We will call your telephone number only if we can't reach you by email.
Are the pictures of spices on your website actually your products?
Yes indeed. We take all product pictures ourselves, except for items that we purchase for resale (such as the Turmeric Life products). Some of those images come from the product manufacturer. However, pictures on the website may include items that we add, such as boxes for multiple quantities.

Shipping and Returns
We ship via USPS by preference, but you're welcome to choose either of the other options. USPS will almost always be the most economical.
Any item may be returned within 90 days if it is defective, missing some component, otherwise not as ordered, or if you simply do not need it any more. Please contact us at 757-986-2046 or email admin@newnaturalsonline.com to tell us what is wrong. We will be happy to send you a free return label.

Welcome to our Store!
New Naturals began life in 2010 as a small woman-owned company serving southwest Virginia and the New River Valley with livestock feed from New Country Organics. Our offerings expanded to include culinary and medicinal spices for humans, and in 2015, our online site began to ship high quality spices nationwide. In 2016, New Naturals became the US supplier for the Doug English (now Turmeric Life) line of turmeric products.
Recently, the founder's son and daughter-in-law joined the business, and in 2022, New Naturals moved from its original location in Stuart, Virginia, to a new and much larger facility in Suffolk, Virginia. We now also grow some of the herbs and spices that we sell locally and online.
