Ras El Hanout

Ras El Hanout is one of those recipes that every Moroccan family has their own favorite version of. It's found in everything from meat and vegetable tagines to a range of soups. Try it sprinkled over sauteed or roasted vegetables for an unexpected taste treat, or as a substitute for garam masala in your favorite Indian subzi.
