Shipping and Returns

We ship via USPS by preference, but you're welcome to choose either of the other options. USPS will almost always be the most economical.

Any item may be returned within 90 days if it is defective, missing some component, otherwise not as ordered, or if you simply do not need it any more. Please contact us at 757-986-2046 or email admin@newnaturalsonline.com to tell us what is wrong. We will be happy to send you a free return label.

Welcome to our Store!
New Naturals began life in 2010 as a small woman-owned company serving southwest Virginia and the New River Valley with livestock feed from New Country Organics. Our offerings expanded to include culinary and medicinal spices for humans, and in 2015, our online site began to ship high quality spices nationwide. In 2016, New Naturals became the US supplier for the Doug English (now Turmeric Life) line of turmeric products.

Recently, the founder's son and daughter-in-law joined the business, and in 2022, New Naturals moved from its original location in Stuart, Virginia, to a new and much larger facility in Suffolk, Virginia. We now also grow some of the herbs and spices that we sell locally and online.

Our intention is to bring you the very highest quality products that we can source or grow, along with valuable information on their use.

Beer Bites are now WhamBams We're not sure why that name was chosen, but at least no one is asking any more if they have beer in them.

The TuGo Bars were developed by Doug English as a convenient alternative to Golden Paste. Individually wrapped bars can be carried in your purse or kept in your desk drawer at work. With a shelf life of 12 months, these bars require no refrigeration or special storage conditions. Great for travel or any time you can't carry a perishable product with you.

Plus, the taste is fantastic! If you've been reluctant to try Golden Paste because you thought you wouldn't like the taste, the TuGo bars are an ideal alternative. A hint of chocolate from cacao powder, sweetness from dates, and a spicy punch from the black pepper. Everyone who has tried them raves about the taste. The WHamBams are a bit more spicy, with contributions from cumin, garlic and paprika, but the taste is not 'hot.'

The bars contain approximately 4-10 individual portions. One-tenth bar is roughly equivalent to 3/4 teaspoon of the Golden Paste.

We've been asked in the past if the TuGo bars are appropriate for dogs. We know of many dogs who have stolen their owners' goodies and eaten whole bars without any ill effects. However, Doug's own Dog Bites, formulated especially for dogs, are available now. So they would be a better choice for dogs.

It's not really cost-effective to purchase just one bar, because of the cost of shipping (though we're happy to send you just one bar if that's what you want). However, we can tuck one bar into almost any other order without significantly increasing the weight. So it's almost like getting free shipping on that bar!
