Shipping and Returns

We ship via USPS by preference, but you're welcome to choose either of the other options. USPS will almost always be the most economical.

Any item may be returned within 90 days if it is defective, missing some component, otherwise not as ordered, or if you simply do not need it any more. Please contact us at 757-986-2046 or email admin@newnaturalsonline.com to tell us what is wrong. We will be happy to send you a free return label.

You're welcome to use any of the popular credit cards depicted below, or Paypal. We do not keep credit card info on hand. Credit card entry is forwarded directly to our credit card processor, and we can not see or store any credit card info that you enter on the site.
About Us
Welcome to our Store!
New Naturals began life in 2010 as a small woman-owned company serving southwest Virginia and the New River Valley with livestock feed from New Country Organics. Our offerings expanded to include culinary and medicinal spices for humans, and in 2015, our online site began to ship high quality spices nationwide. In 2016, New Naturals became the US supplier for the Doug English (now Turmeric Life) line of turmeric products.

Recently, the founder's son and daughter-in-law joined the business, and in 2022, New Naturals moved from its original location in Stuart, Virginia, to a new and much larger facility in Suffolk, Virginia. We now also grow some of the herbs and spices that we sell locally and online.

Our intention is to bring you the very highest quality products that we can source or grow, along with valuable information on their use.

Doug English's own turmeric creations, a combination of healthy ingredients in tasty convenient bar and bite form.

NOTE- Individual bars are now available. It isn't really economical to buy just one or two, with the shipping. But you can add one or two to almost any other order without a significant increase in the shipping cost. So it's almost like getting the shipping for free!

Please Note: Turmeric is a bioactive food, and may not combine well with some medications. If you (or your pet) take prescription meds, please check with your doctor or vet before consuming or feeding turmeric in any form, including the turmeric bars and Dog Bites.
