Shipping Information

Most orders received by 10:00am EST will be shipped the same business day if possible. Orders received after that time or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

We ship primarily via the US Postal system, either Priority Mail or First Class (depending on weight). We've found that to be the most economical for our customers and for ourselves, for both domestic and international shipping. But if you prefer UPS, you can choose that at checkout. We do not currently offer Fedex shipping, as there is no Fedex pickup point nearby.

All shipping rates are based on distance from our location.

Please note: Additional fees, such as brokerage charges, duties, taxes, and government inspection fees may apply to international shipments. You are responsible for these fees and they are typically charged by COD at the time your shipment is delivered.

Hassle Free Returns

Our mission is your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will do our utmost to resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever is most appropriate. We will not refund special order items or their associated shipping charges. But in many cases, we will be able to provide you with a UPS return label to cover return shipping fees.

To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.

Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:

Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-276-694-5166 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.

No returns will be accepted for special order items.

Damaged Packages We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

Tracking An Order

Tracking your order is easy. When your order is completed, you will receive an email containing your UPS or USPS tracking number, which you can use to track your package at www.ups.com (for UPS) or www.usps.com (for USPS).
